When your business is about harvesting energy from airflow, the best mechanical design wins the trophy. In this early feasibility phase, we focus on designing the core mechanical functionality—without worrying about production costs or aesthetics. The goal is to create a functional package ready for simulations and the quick creation of physical prototypes.
Simulation—especially CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics)—is essential to steer development in the right direction. Running Autodesk CFD 2024 models on a water-cooled, 32-core machine, day and night, allows us to explore airflow designs and optimize turbine performance. This process saves time and money while providing deep insights into what’s happening inside our turbines. We test countless settings and adjustments to identify the most promising ideas for real-world implementation.
Speed is critical. We built a powerful infrastructure that includes a professional test lab and a well-stocked warehouse filled with everything from drives and sensors to raw materials like aluminum and stainless steel. Many prototype parts are 3D printed on our Bambu printer—fast, precise, and agile. Our skilled experts work at lightning speed, living and breathing the project daily. We collaborate hands-on, discuss results immediately, and move straight into redesign when needed.
It’s time to bring the machine to life. The proven mechanical concept is refined to be easy to assemble, maintain, and cost-effective—while tough enough to withstand harsh weather and wind conditions. We develop a detailed bill of materials, perfectly documented for the entire product lifecycle and integrated into our ERP system. Next, we specify all sensors and drives required for operation, verify the PLC’s compatibility, and ensure our data systems can process every sensor reading. When everything checks out, production, purchasing, and assembly begin for our initial batch. Our market rollout approach is clear: start local, expand across Europe, then scale worldwide—no limits.
We built our own wind tunnel test environment from the ground up to meet our exacting standards. Here, we challenge and improve our turbines relentlessly. Beyond the lab, we test machines in real-world conditions at various friendly sites. Data flows continuously into our digital mine from every location worldwide, providing invaluable feedback. This isn’t AI-driven guesswork—it’s hard-earned experience informing every decision. Development never stops.
